1992 Nissan Pickup (D21) Extra Cab with Fuel Injector KA24 Engine

Equipped with a brand new battery, 4 freshly installed shocks, and 2 front tires that are fairly new.
The chassis remains in good condition, never been bent or broken; it has never been subjected to strenuous or heavy load work. Spare rim and tire and is equipped with original hydraulic jack.
Although it has been parked since August 2023, I occasionally start it up and take it for a short drive around the block.
Here's a list of issues:
1.The gearbox tends to jump out of 1st and 2nd gear.
2.During rainfall, water seeps into the cabin due to rust in the rain gutter above or behind the firewall; it was repaired, but the repair was not properly.
3.There are two rust spots above the windshield where water enters the cabin.
4.The right outside mirror is broken (hit by a bike man).
5.The rear taillight is broken (damaged by someone reversing into it).
6.The tailgate bolts have fallen off and cannot be located.
7.The tailgate latching mechanism does not function.
8.Requires an engine cover gasket.
9.I often need to turn the key 2 or 3 times to start the vehicle; although the starter was serviced in 2023, the reason for this issue remains unclear. This was not an issue when I initially began driving the van.
10.Needs an AC compressor for the to start working again (it was working before)
11.The latch to open up the bonnet needs adjusting
12.The mileage gage stop working
13.The driver's side door is not opening from the outside a plastic clip that inside the door has been crystallized.
I ensure to be as honest as possible with the issues I can identify. However, beside the issues above it is good van, it took me to Negril and back (Kingston) - Once the issues above have been addressed you will not be disappointed.
