Sell Jamaica's Billboards. Earn on Every Deal. • Position: Commission Sales Agent (independent, commission-only) • Location: Islandwide, Jamaica — Kingston, St. Ann and the North Coast a priority • Hours: Flexible — you set your own schedule Xplore Media Limited is a Jamaican out-of-home advertising company, running digital LED (DOOH) screens and static billboards in high-traffic locations across the island. We are headquartered at 64 Duke Street, Kingston, with a second office in Runaway Bay, St. Ann. We are growing, and we want driven, well-connected people to bring new advertisers to our screens. If you know business owners, can open doors and like being paid for results, this role is for you. What the Job Entails Your job is to find businesses that should be advertising on our screens, and close the deal. You will: 1. Find prospects. Identify businesses near our locations or targeting our audiences — retailers, restaurants, hotels, attractions, banks, real estate, events, car dealers and service companies. 2. Make contact. Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and in-person visits. Canvass business districts and attend networking events. 3. Pitch the opportunity. Explain how billboard and digital screen advertising works, show our locations and audience reach, and match the client to the right package. 4. Prepare quotes. Work with the Xplore sales office to issue branded proposals and rate quotes. 5. Close the sale. Guide the client to a signed advertiser agreement and first payment. 6. Hand over and follow up. Pass artwork and campaign details to our team, then stay in touch for renewals, upgrades and referrals. 7. Report your pipeline. Log leads and deals in our system and give a short weekly update. You do not need to design artwork, install signs or manage screens. Our team handles production, scheduling and proof-of-display. What You'll Be Selling • Digital LED screens (DOOH): Rotating video and image ads on high-visibility digital screens. Short lead times, and clients can change their creative mid-campaign. • Static billboards: Large-format printed boards on major roads and town centres, sold by the month. • Packages and bundles: Multi-location and multi-month campaigns, plus seasonal and event promotions. • Add-on services: Artwork design, printing and installation, delivered by our in-house team. How You Earn This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. You earn a percentage of the media value of every deal you close, paid once the client's payment clears.
